Field Erected Fabrication

A&B has developed the capability to fabricate and install processing equipment at the customer’s site, providing the same high quality workmanship and timely completion of the project. This approach to a project may require the fabrication and assembly of the system (stainless steel tanks, piping, support structures and controls) at their facilities in order to validate the performance. The system is then disassembled and shipped to the site for re-assembly. This activity, field erected fabrication, involves experienced project engineers and skilled welders and fitters. All facets of the operation of the installed processing equipment are documented in detail and “line operator” training will be provided by A&B if requested. Every effort is made to provide a “user friendly” system, including both the equipment and the related instrumentation.
