MBI HyperCel Mixed-Mode Sorbent

MBI HyperCel by Pall Corp. is a high capacity, high selectivity, scalable mixed-mode sorbent, specially designed for the capture and purification of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies from various sources. Complementing recently introduced approaches (HCIC – Hydrophobic Charge Induction Chromatography– on MEP HyperCel), MBI mixed-mode sorbent provides alternative selectivity characteristics and expands the range of chromatographic options for proteins of various pI values or limited pH-stability. MBI HyperCel is particularly suited to separation of IgG sensitive to acidic elution.
